This was a cool little snapshot into your life, and I thought the tone and style were incredibly captivating. I shall take your brevity to heart, consider it, and then promptly ignore it. I'm too damn wordy, and I think that's way I was made.

I hope whoever got assailed at the library is okay. Courts and judges and officials weird me out, not just because I'm from New England and anti-authority by nature. (Also the way I was made.)

I SHOULD outline, because I tend to be the willy-nilly left-brained writer who writes down brilliant (in my opinion) one liners for her awesome script yet can't organize one scene to tie into another. Sometimes being creative is a real burden, you know? (::deep sigh, followed by self-referential eye roll::) As for arts and crafts... if collecting quotes of poetry on post-its was an art, then yes, yes I do arts and crafts. Scrapbooking, anything remotely organized... not so much.

I know that the history of this region is a creaking horror of ignorance, senselessness and racial atrocities. But I submit that the entirety of 'civilization' is ugly beneath its skin.

Thank you. THANK YOU. Being informed that I am racist, because I'm from Alabama, by someone who states that they don't like the black people (but aren't racist because they're not from Alabama?), has grown tiresome.

I have always had indoor plumbing. I was not the first person in my family to attend college. Said college was not a technical school.

Hating on people for where they're from is prejudiced- prejudging based on opinions already acquired. Prejudice is a normal pitfall of humanity but I would love it if people would please keep their prejudice in check long enough to evaluate an individual. That applies to race, gender, sexual orientation, AND geography.
