Too far, I say. I said, too far!

Had a brilliant Thanksgiving. It's been enormously too long since I posted anything of substance.

I won't claim NaNoWriMo or even Movember. Nor will I lay out any stubbins of stories I may or may not be working on. Nor make up said stubbins in an effort to appear fruitful.

I will, however, tell you all how much I enjoy NPR's Tiny Desk Concerts. Black Dub, Hey Marseilles, Alisa Weilerstein and The Low Anthem are some of my favorites. Performers range from Chilean rappers to classical multi-instrumentalists to, are you ready, Tom Jones himself. Variety is phenomenal. Quality is high, as is video quality. Sometimes I find myself well outside the target audience. But it's always an experience.

I've been listening to PRI's Selected Shorts podcast, and though there's a lot that irritates me about it, every once in while I'll find one that's pretty good.

I think just about everything NPR puts out there is brilliant, even if it's not exactly my cup of tea. Glad to hear you had a good Thanksgiving and enjoy your December :)

Loren-

May have to check out that Selected Shorts page. After I make an Advent Short. For your Advent Shorts. Of course.

LOL. Distractions, distractions. I got loads of reasons why I procrastinate.
